About the Speakers:
Jen Leonard is the Founder of Creative Lawyers, a company dedicated to supporting law firms, corporate legal departments, and courts that understand the urgency to modernize practice and services. Jen works with leaders to cultivate innovative cultures, build nimble strategies to navigate a volatile environment, and promote mindsets that drive change. She leads design thinking workshops, facilitates innovation challenges, delivers retreat keynotes, provides ongoing strategic support, designs educational Generative AI content, and offers structured events that help lawyers reflect on their careers as they build the next stage in their journey.
Bridget McCormack is the President and CEO of the American Arbitration Association–International Centre for Dispute Resolution, and has a distinguished record as an educator, advisor, and influential member of prestigious legal and professional organizations. She serves on the Council of the American Law Institute (ALI); the Advisory Board of the Institute for the Advancement of the American Legal System (IAALS); the Washington University Artificial Intelligence Advisory Board; and the Board of the American Review of International Arbitration. She is a member of the AI Council of the National Center for State Courts, the Board of Trustees for the Foundation for International Arbitration Advocacy, and the Board of AccessLex Institute. She is also a founding steering committee member of Duke Law School’s Responsible AI in Legal Services (RAILS) initiative.
