Persistent uncertainty, the implementation and scaling of AI technology, and a shifting legal landscape continue to drive high stress in the legal profession.  That means leaders and legal professionals must think differently about how to build thriving cultures.  In this session, Paula will offer five mindsets that give legal professionals the tools to (1) identify and address the root causes of stress and disengagement; (2) help teams perform at their best; and (3) navigate ongoing change, complexity, and uncertainty.  Each of the mindsets will be supported by easy-to-implement, research-backed strategies called TNTs (tiny noticeable things).
