Rochelle Weiner is the Director of Professional Development at Blank Rome LLP, where she leads the firm’s attorney and business professional training and development initiatives firmwide. She collaborates with firm leadership, attorneys, and administrative teams to design and deliver programs that foster a high-performance culture, professional growth, and continuous learning, helping individuals succeed throughout their careers. Rochelle also oversees the team responsible for CLE administration and attorney compliance.
