Coach & Speaker

We’re looking for a dynamic coach, speaker, and leader to help expand our company’s impact in the legal industry. This person will work directly with Rudhir Krishtel, CEO, to help facilitate transformative coaching programs and workshops for high-performing lawyers and teams.

The Ideal Candidate:
• Brings senior-level experience as a former law firm partner or senior in-house attorney with deep industry expertise.
• Trained/Certified for coaching and facilitation, with a strong passion for Business Development, Leadership, Well-Being, and Collective Engagement.
• Engages audiences with confidence and can represent Krishtel at industry events and conferences.
• Thinks strategically to drive business growth and expand our reach.
• Champions mindfulness and growth, committed to creating meaningful change.
• Open to travel (2-3x/month nationally, 1-2x/quarter internationally).
