We’re looking for a dynamic, collaborative leader to shape how our lawyers grow and thrive. As Director, Professional Development, you’ll work with our lawyers to design cutting-edge training, guide lawyer evaluations, strengthen mentorship and retention programs, and advance equity and inclusion efforts. You’ll also ensure CLE compliance and will partner with firm leaders to align development with client service and business goals.

Ideal candidates bring experience in professional or lawyer development, strong communication and project management skills and a passion for helping talent excel.
