As part of our People Team, the Manager of Attorney Talent and Development serves as the primary partner and advocate for our C&F associates across the Americas. This is a high‑impact position designed for someone who thrives on supporting others—guiding attorneys through onboarding, integration, feedback, staffing, professional growth, and key career decisions. Partnering with the Head of Talent for C&F, the Americas C&F Leadership team, and the Americas Attorney Talent team, and the C&F Operations team to implement and manage C&F programs.
In this role, you’ll:
✨ Build trusted relationships with associates and counsel
✨ Support their development, morale, and long‑term success
✨ Partner closely with practice leadership to ensure equitable staffing and meaningful skill‑building opportunities
✨ Lead feedback and review processes that help attorneys grow with clarity and confidence
✨ Shape onboarding experiences that set new joiners up for success
✨ Provide insights that influence culture, engagement, and retention
✨ Collaborate across global People teams to ensure attorneys have access to the right resources at the right time

Role Details
• Full‑time, hybrid (4 days in office)
• Washington, D.C.
In Washington, D.C., the expected base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $172,000 per year.
