Professional Development Specialist

The Professional Development Specialist works directly with the Professional Development Partner, Associate Director of Professional Development and practice groups to support the firm’s non-partner lawyer review and development processes by analyzing review, compensation, bonus, utilization, and profitability data; preparing reports and recommendations; coordinating mentoring and firmwide development programs; and assisting with external speakers and other professional development initiatives.
