Under the direction of the Information Governance Supervisor, the Information Governance Specialist will participate in strategic projects and initiatives regarding client data, production of innovative educational content on information governance, and large-scale client data management. The Information Governance Specialist will assist practice groups on successful case file management, create project plans, meet project milestones, and reduce risks and/or costs in alignment with Firm expectations.

Responsibilities Include:
5-6 years of law firm experience in handling large volume of data and its organization, preferably with corporate subject matter expertise, required. Must possess ability to handle voluminous projects, competing deadlines, and numerous tasks through completion accurately, and successfully communicate with all levels of personnel. This position requires excellent organizational skills, very strong knowledge of the M365 suite, agility in shifting priorities, and effective teamwork skills.

Detail orientation, accuracy, flexibility, outstanding client service, ability to analyze and propose best solutions are required. Preferred knowledge in iManage, Propel, Prosperoware, and records software.

This is a 100% onsite role, based in our Silicon Valley office. Travel to the San Francisco office may be required on occasion. The work schedule for this position (non-exempt) will be 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, from 9 am - 6 pm or 10 am - 7 pm.

The anticipated range for this position is:
$68,000 - $95,750

Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
