Built on input from 278 PD professionals across U.S. law firms, this year’s study delivers the most current benchmarking data on salary, bonuses, responsibilities, and job satisfaction, giving PDC members the clarity they need to make confident compensation and talent decisions. As with each of our compensation studies, all findings are reported in aggregate, following best practices in survey research, ensuring both data integrity and confidentiality.
