While lawyers have embraced virtual training, their attention is often hijacked by distractions and multi-tasking. What can be done about that? This session will provide practical design ideas that PD professionals can implement before, during, and after a virtual training program or a blend of in-person and virtual sessions to ensure that the content “sticks” for most participants.
