PDC Welcomes New Board Members and Announces 2025–2027 Leadership Team 

October 1, 2025 (McLean, VA) The Professional Development Consortium (PDC) is pleased to announce the appointment of two distinguished legal professionals to its Board of Directors:  

  • Sarah Ayers, Director of Professional Development at Vedder Price 
  • Benjamin Franklin, Senior Legal Education Manager at Cooley. 

Continuing their leadership roles, Josh Troy, Director of Talent Management at Kilpatrick, will serve as Chair, and Devin Lintzenich, Chief Attorney Talent Officer at Bass, Berry & Sims PLC, will serve as Vice Chair. 

The 2025–2027 PDC Board of Directors was instated during the Annual Virtual Membership Meeting and will guide the organization’s mission to foster collaboration and innovation in attorney training and professional development. 

The PDC extends its sincere gratitude to outgoing board members Erin Walczewski and Marcie Davis for their dedicated service and contributions to the organization.
