2023-2024 Board of Directors Announced

August 3, 2023 (McLean, VA) The Professional Development Consortium (PDC) announced four new additions from the legal profession to its board of directors: Christelle Dorcil, Global Manager of Associate Engagement at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, Lauren Hakala, Senior Director of Global Learning & Development at Reed Smith LLP, Allison Regan, Director, Professional Development at Bracewell LLP, and Jennifer Sarhaddi, Director of Attorney Development & Engagement at Wilson Elser LLP.

In addition, existing Vice Chair, Deepa Selvam, Director, Professional Development at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, has been elevated to Chair, and existing Secretary/Treasurer, Joshua Troy, Director, Talent Management at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, has been elevated to Vice Chair. Existing board member Matt Galando, Director of Professional Development at K&L Gates LLP, is stepping into the role of Secretary/Treasurer.

The 2023-2024 PDC Board of Directors was voted into office following the Annual Virtual Membership Meeting. The Board works to support the organization’s mission and goals around attorney training and development.

Their talent, expertise, and demonstrated commitment to the PDC will be of immense benefit to both our leadership and membership more broadly. The new leadership also thanked outgoing board members Milana Hogan, Kristen Hulse, Tamesha Keel, and Devin Lintzenich. “The PDC and legal profession are both better off thanks to the contributions of Milana, Kristen, Tamesha, and Devin.” said Joshua Troy, Vice Chair. “We look forward to continuing to work with all of them, even though their time on the Board has come to an end. And though she remains on the Board as Immediate Past Chair, a special note of gratitude to Erin Walczewski for her incredible leadership over the past several years.”
