Allison Regan
Allison has over 15 year of experience in law firm and law school professional development. She is currently serving as the Director of Professional Development at Bracewell LLP where she focuses on designing and implementing professional development curriculum, facilitating mentoring programs and overseeing the firm’s career development initiatives. She works with practice group leaders, the associate evaluation committee and firm leadership to ensure attorneys have the training and resources they need to excel in their work. A member of the BWell Taskforce, Allison also helps to execute the strategic goals of the firm’s well-being initiative.
Prior to joining Bracewell, Allison served as the Assistant Dean of Alumni Relations and the Assistant Dean of Career Development at the University of Houston Law Center. In these roles, she played a pivotal part in nurturing the careers of budding lawyers and fostering a strong sense of community among alumni.
Before leaving the practice of law, Allison practiced in Insurance and Reinsurance at a New Orleans law firm. She is a graduate of Loyola University Law School and holds a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University.
