Topic: What should law firm Chiefs be doing to create a supportive environment and ensure the implementation of best practice standards for trans and nonbinary lawyers and professionals at our firms? This often takes a coordinated effort across departments and there is a lot to learn. Expert and consultant Dru Levasseur, who has been incredibly helpful to our efforts here at S&C, has agreed to join us to share the latest research and help us take stock of where we are and what we should be focusing on. I know we will also benefit from hearing from one another as we all seek to establish best practices in this space.
